FIRST TIME STUDENT REGISTRANTS PLEASE READ:

  1. Select “Login Using Your SacLink Account”
     
  2. Update your profile page – your site should always be “Student Orders” regardless of your major. Fill in all areas with asterisk especially your phone number and email.
     
  3. After you submit your registration, you will then need to wait for our office to activate your account. You will not be able to place orders until this happens. This should occur within 24 hours during business hours of Monday-Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM. If you have an urgent request during business hours, please email universityprint@csus.edu or call 916-278-6198.

 

FIRST TIME FACULTY/STAFF REGISTRANTS PLEASE READ:

  1. Select “Login Using Your SacLink Account”
     
  2. Update your profile page – Fill in all areas with asterisk and update Site Address Line 2 with your building name and room number
     
  3. After you submit your registration,  please send an email to universityprint@csus.edu, your email must contain the following information in order to complete your registration process:

·  The Subject Line: New PSP User
·  Your Name
·  Your Site  - For faculty/Staff this will be your primary department. 
·  A list of all the 8-Digit speedtypes you anticipate using for your department’s University Print orders.
·  Tell us if you are a user or an approver (have DOA budget authority for speedtypes)

You will not be able to place orders until this portion of the registration setup is completed.

Please note: If you receive this notification when attempting to log in "Your account is active on the network, but is not active in Print Shop Pro" it means we have not completed your registration. If you are faculty/staff, please be sure to send us the information above so that we can do so. If you are a student, please be patient as we will complete your registration ASAP during business hours.
